The
ZA is a zone air-handling unit, which provides the cooling
and heating needs by distributing the air under the floor.
The air is chilled or heated by hot or cold water supplied
to the respective cooling or heating coils in the ZA unit
from the vertical service core.
These factory wired modules continuously monitor and control
the air temperature both in the floor plenum and in the room
for each assigned zone. High efficiency filters provide air
cleanliness.
ZA may be enclosed in partitions or left free-standing in
service ducts, corridors, technical rooms or in the working
space.
