This 1930's building, which was partially tenanted,
was refurbished in phases.
The first phase was refurbished to provide a modern
showroom for Giroflex, a Swiss office furniture company.
The showroom, which is its main UK showroom, was converted
to reflect the hi tech, "state of the art" office furniture
which this company manufactures and markets. The showroom
uses glass partitioning, glass flooring and an abundance
of spotlights to showcase the furniture.

The second phase saw the refurbishment of the third
floor and included the addition of a new fourth floor.
The third and final phase involved the first and second
floors. The result is a modern office offering the landlord
a good return on his investment and the tenants attractive
offices, with flexibility for 21st century demands.
